Quilt Kits

Howdy!
You probably thought, last we chatted, that we were headed off to a relaxing retirement. Well, after moving out of the shop and settling everything into our respective homes, we started looking at the spoils that we had left and put together a plan to make some scrap quilts. One thing led to another and we have a bunch of really great quilts – and you remember how much we love to share, so we started plotting on a way to offer them to the public. Scrap quilts have always been one of our favorite patterns. We think it reminds us of quilts our mom made with what she had. They were like a “Where’s Waldo” of finding certain fabrics and remembering what shirt or skirt they originally came from.

Here are the details…

  • The patterns that we are offering are pretty simple – strips, squares and rectangles, so they are good for beginners or if you want an easy quilt.
  • All quilts are precut! IF there is any cross-cutting, it is minimal. All you need to do is carve out some time and sit down to sew.
  • Quilts don’t have borders on them, so if you would like to make them a little larger with a border, you can direct the color.
  • All kits come with binding fabric.
  • Backing fabric can also be purchased. There is an option to do so for each quilt. Please select a color when you place your order if you have a preference.

Scrap quilts have such a high “snuggle” factor and even better, really fit into any decor. We hope that you’ll find something that will tickle your fancy. Remember – all kits are precut and easy peasy!!!
